I’ve been drawn to interiors since childhood—sneaking peeks at neighbors' entryways and obsessing over wallpaper choices way before I knew what “aesthetic” even meant. In high school, that curiosity turned into direction when I took first place in a statewide design competition—an award that earned me a full scholarship to study Interior Design at FIDM.

Since then, I’ve spent over 16 years working across the Bay Area with award-winning full-service design firms and design-build companies. While at one design-build firm, I led the design of multiple award-winning residential projects—experience that sharpened my technical knowledge and deepened my appreciation for collaboration between design and construction.

Along the way, I became a Certified Interior Designer in the state of California and earned my Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer (CKBD) designation through the NKBA. But more than anything, I’ve learned how valuable it is to work closely with clients—to listen carefully, create smart plans, and design spaces that feel as good as they function.

I started Tidepool Design Studio to offer exactly that: clear, collaborative design for real life. Whether I’m redesigning a kitchen, planning a mudroom, or solving the puzzle of a small-but-mighty bath, I bring a thoughtful approach, practical expertise, and a genuine investment in how your home works for you.
